**Cancellation Policy** Customers who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees. No cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made during this period. **Late Cancellations and No-Shows:** Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, or failure to attend a booked session, will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel or change your session please email info@avalon-golf.co.uk. Bookings can also be managed online by creating an account at the time of booking. Terms and Conditions for Using the Indoor Golf Simulator: Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the indoor golf simulator, you agree to abide by the following terms: Reservations for the indoor golf simulator must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made with the facility.
