Terms and Conditions for Using the Indoor Golf Simulator

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the indoor golf simulator, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Reservation and Payment

• Reservations for the indoor golf simulator must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made with the facility.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel or Modify a Booking:

• To cancel or modify a reservation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time via email (info@avalon-golf.co.uk) or our online booking system.

Refund Policy:

1. Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance:

   • A full refund of any prepaid fees will be provided.

   • No cancellation fees will apply.

2. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance or No-Shows:

   • No refunds will be provided.

   • The full booking fee will be charged.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy:

• Emergency Situations:

  • If you need to cancel due to an emergency (e.g., sudden illness), we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion, provided the emergency is verified.

• Technical Issues:

  • If technical issues with the simulator or facility prevent your session, we will offer an alternative booking slot or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Safety Guidelines

• Follow all safety instructions provided by the facility.

• Wear appropriate footwear (no cleats or spiked shoes).

• Ensure that all golf equipment and shoes are clean and free of dirt or debris.

• Users are responsible for any damage to the simulator or facility caused by negligence or misuse.

• Exercise caution when swinging golf clubs. Ensure others are at a safe distance before taking a shot.

• Swings must be kept within the designated bay and performed on the golf mat only. Only one person is allowed on the golf mat at a time.

• Be mindful of ball bounce-backs after hitting shots.

Code of Conduct

• Users must behave respectfully and in a sportsmanlike manner at all times.

• Abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate expulsion from the facility without a refund.

• The lead booker is responsible for all participants in their booking and will be held liable for any damages caused.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for the child’s safety and behaviour at all times.

• All users must comply with the facility’s rules and specific guidelines for using the simulator.
