**Cancellation Policy** Customers who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees. No cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made during this period. **Late Cancellations and No-Shows:** Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, or failure to attend a booked session, will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel or change your session please email info@avalon-golf.co.uk. Bookings can also be managed online by creating an account at the time of booking. Terms and Conditions for Using the Indoor Golf Simulator: Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the indoor golf simulator, you agree to abide by the following terms: Reservations for the indoor golf simulator must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made with the facility. If you need to cancel due to an emergency (e.g., sudden illness), we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion, provided the emergency is verified. Technical Issues: If technical issues with the simulator or facility prevent your session, we will offer an alternative booking slot or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. Safety Guidelines Follow all safety instructions provided by the facility. Wear appropriate footwear (no cleats or spiked shoes). Ensure that all golf equipment and shoes are clean and free of dirt or debris. Users are responsible for any damage to the simulator or facility caused by negligence or misuse. Exercise caution when swinging golf clubs. Ensure others are at a safe distance before taking a shot. Swings must be kept within the designated bay and performed on the golf mat only. Only one person is allowed on the golf mat at any time. Be mindful of ball bounce-backs after hitting shots.
